Brad Cramer
President
Brad has been in the floor covering business his entire life and there isn't an aspect of it that he doesn't know or understand. He is a certified installer, a certified Master Floor Refinisher, and certified by the IICRC in flooring restoration. No matter what your unique flooring situation may be, or how overwhelming or complicated it may seem, Brad will have the solution.
In addition to running his business, Brad is passionate about community service as a member of Madison's Downtown Development Commission and the Chamber of Commerce. He takes an active role in Carpet One, serving as Regional Network Coordinator for 21 Carpet One stores, and as a member of Carpet One's Advisory Council.
Brad has two adult children. His youngest, Michelle, is attending college and his son Chris is in the automotive industry.

Dovlyn Redden
General Manager
Dovlyn has been a member of the Cramers Carpet One Floor & Home team since 1988. Her years of experience have earned her a reputation for giving the best customer service in both design and technical issues. She is expert in custom designed carpet and area rugs, window coverings and all types of hard surface flooring. If you're don't quite know what you want...you want an appointment with Dovlyn.
Dovlyn and her husband Cliff live in the beautiful lake community of Lake Mohawk.

Bill Jasinski
Installation Manager
Bill became part of the Cramers Carpet One Floor & Home family 17 years ago. A skilled installation mechanic, he is also certified as a Master Floor Refinisher by the Magnus Anderson Institute.
Billy and his wife Donna have two teenage sons and are very active in their local church.

Bonnie Sterling
Public Relations Manager
As Public Relations Manager, Bonnie is the newest member of the Cramers Carpet One Floor and Home team. Her positive attitude and great enthusiasm make her a welcome addition to our family.
Originally from New Jersey, Bonnie has recently come back to us, having spent many years living in Florida.

John Banks
Sales Consultant
John came on board with Cramers Carpet One Floor & Home in 2004. He is an expert in floor covering, from technical issues to fashion and design. He will easily guide you to exactly the right product for your floor covering needs.
John is also an active church member with his wife Kathy.

Diane Lehman
Sales Consultant
Diane has been a part of the Cramers Carpet One Floor & Home team, on and off, for over 20 years. She's taken time to raise her own family, but always comes back to her family here. You'll find her sense of style and color indespensible with your decorating project.
Diane lives with her husband Gerry, and 3 young children.

Gerald Schopper
Sales Consultant
Gerald came to work with Cramers Carpet One Floor and Home in 2004. Since that time, he has become an essential member of the team, specializing in property insurance claims. His expertise in working with home owners and their insurance companies, as well as in techical flooring issues, has made him invaluable to our growing family of customers.
Gerald and his wife Becky have one child--a beautiful little girl called Aubrey.

Romulo Peralta-Cardenas
Lead Installer
Romulo, or "Romy" as he's come to be known and loved, has been a member of the Cramers Carpet One Floor & Home family since 2000. His skill and talent in all facets of floor covering have made him our most requested installer. Whether you're having carpet, hardwood, ceramic or vinyl installed in your home, you can be sure that the job done by Romy will be that of a master craftsman.
Romy comes to us from the beautiful country of Ecuador and has 3 lovely teenage daughters.

Wilson Macao
Lead Installer
Wilson joined the Cramers Carpet One Floor & Home team in 2003 as an apprentice. He quickly advanced to lead installer through his dedication to quality and his expertise in installation techniques.
Like his teammate Romy, Wilson is also from Ecuador but now calls NJ home with the apple-of-his-eye, his young son Wilson.

Jaime Macao
Installer
Jaime became a member of the Cramers Carpet One Floor and Home team in 2010. Like his brother Wilson, he is proving to be an invaluable asset, with skills and talent that will quickly make him a full-fledged lead installer.
Like our other two lead mechanics, Jaime comes from the tiny South American country of Ecuador.

Jorge joined the Cramers Carpet One Floor and Home family in 2010. Don't be fooled by his quiet demeanor and shy manner. He is fiercely dedicated to customer service and to helping his lead installer give you the highest quality installation possible. We're very proud to have him as a member of our team.
Jorge comes to us from Mexico with his wife and young child.

Stephen Mudryk
Master Floor Refinisher
Stephen has been with Cramers Carpet One Floor & Home since 2005. He is a certified Master Floor refinisher by the Magnus Anderson Institute. Stephen's caring and attention to detail will restore the beauty to even your most damaged hardwood floors.
You'll recognize Stephen by his perpetual smile and cheerfulness. And, besides floor refinishing, Stephen is passionate about his music, his sports, and his little niece and nephew.

Eddie joined Cramers Carpet One Floor & Home in 2006. He is skilled in carpet, hardwood and laminate installation, but his greatest talent is refinishing floors with the Magnus Anderson team.
Eddie hails from the lovely seaside nation of Uruguay and lives with his wife and two beautiful little daughters.

Carlos Perez
Master Floor Refinisher
Carlos came to Cramers Carpet One Floor and Home in 2005 as a Master Floor Refinisher for Magnus Anderson. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will assure you of a flawless refinishing job that will be beautiful for years to come.
Carlos comes to us from south of the border in sunny Mexico. He resides here now with his wife, his son and his daughter.

We were so impressed with Carlos that we just had to add his brother David to the Cramers Carpet One Floor and Home team. He has been working as Carlos' apprentice since 2011, and by all accounts, is well on his way to equalling his brother's skill and expertise.

Troy Weighall
Master Cleaning Technician
Troy came to join the Cramers Carpet One Floor & Home family in 1999, after Hurricane Floyd had him rushing to our rescue with the hundreds of water restorations we performed. Since that time, Troy is Madison's #1 choice for carpet, upholstery, tile and wood cleaning. He is IICRC certified in all facets of cleaning and in flood mitigation and restoration of damaged carpet.
Troy and his wife Jenny have two shool-age children.
