 | Brad Cramer, President Brad has been in the floor covering business his entire life and there isn't an aspect of it that he doesn't know or understand. He is a certified installer, a certified Master Floor Refinisher, and certified by the IICRC in flooring restoration. No matter what your unique flooring situation may be, or how overwhelming or complicated it may seem, Brad will have the solution. In addition to running his business, Brad is passionate about community service as a member of Madison's Downtown Development Commission and the Chamber of Commerce. He takes an active role in Carpet One, serving as Regional Network Coordinator for 21 Carpet One stores, and as a member of Carpet One's Advisory Council. Brad has two adult children. His youngest, Michelle, is attending college and his son Chris is in the automotive industry. |

Dovlyn Redden, General Manager Dovlyn has been a member of the Cramers Carpet One Floor & Home team since 1988. Her years of experience have earned her a reputation for giving the best customer service in both design and technical issues. Like our other lead mechanics, Jaime comes from the tiny South American country of Ecuador. Today, he resides in NJ with his wife Sandy and their precious new daughter Jailie. |
